ABOUT US
Violet Torch Foundation (VTF) is a Westchester (NY) based non-profit organization that engages the community in initiatives and causes that advance public good and impact quality of life.
VTF, formerly known as Westchester Deltas, Inc., awards scholarships and grants to community based groups that promote economic progress, educational development, physical/mental health wellness, and social change.
We were designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501C3, tax exempt public charity,under EIN: 13-4199899
VTF is registered with the New York State Charities Bureau under its name of incorporation, with Westchester Deltas Inc. Visit www.CharitiesNYS.com to search the registry and review the audited annual financial reports under NYS Registration #20-85-42.
Upon written request, VTF can present vendors and service providers with a complete and duly signed NYS Tax Form ST-119.1/Exempt Organization Exempt Purchase Certificate.
